About us
PADELPRIV is operated by PADELPRIV LTD (company number 17133298), Unit 8, Gemini Point, Birch Wood Drive, Bracken Hill Business Park, Peterlee, Durham, SR8 2RS. These terms cover your use of this website and your use of the club's facilities. By booking a court or entering the club you agree to them.
Bookings, payment and cancellation
- Courts are booked and paid for through Playtomic. Playtomic's own terms also apply to the booking and payment process.
- Court prices, session lengths and any membership or package pricing are as shown on Playtomic at the time of booking.
- Cancellations and refunds follow the cancellation policy shown in Playtomic at the time you book. Please check it before confirming a booking.
- Please arrive in time for your slot. Sessions end at the booked time so the next players can start promptly.
Using the courts and the club
- Clean, non-marking indoor trainers or padel-specific shoes must be worn on court. Outdoor shoes and black-soled shoes are not permitted.
- Rackets and balls can be hired or bought at the club. Hired equipment must be returned in the condition it was lent, and damage may be charged.
- Players must follow staff instructions and any safety notices, and behave with respect towards other players, staff and the facilities.
- Players under 18 may play at any age with a parent or guardian's consent under our participation waiver. Players under 16 must be supervised by an adult who stays on site while they play.
- No food or drink on court other than water in a sealed bottle. Alcohol is not permitted on court.
- We may refuse entry or ask anyone to leave, without refund, for behaviour that is unsafe, abusive or in breach of these terms.
Parking and access
Free gated parking is available on site. Access details for the car park are sent with your Playtomic booking confirmation.
Personal belongings
Please look after your belongings. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal property brought to the club, except where caused by our negligence.
Injury and liability
Padel is a physical sport and carries a risk of injury. Before playing you must read and accept our participation waiver. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

The content of this website is provided for general information. We try to keep it accurate and up to date but do not guarantee it. All logos, text and images are owned by or licensed to PADELPRIV LTD and may not be reused without permission. Links to other websites, including Playtomic and Instagram, are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the current version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
