Participation waiver
Please read this carefully before you play at PADELPRIV. By booking a court on Playtomic and entering the courts you accept it.
Understanding the risks
Padel is a fast-moving racket sport played on an enclosed court with glass and mesh walls. Like any sport it carries a risk of injury, including from slips, trips and falls, collisions with other players, the walls or the net, being struck by a ball or racket, and strains and sprains. By playing you confirm that you understand and accept these risks.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for making sure you are fit and well enough to play. If you have a medical condition, an injury, or you are pregnant, please seek medical advice before playing and tell a member of staff of anything we should know.
- You will warm up appropriately, wear suitable footwear and clothing, and use equipment as intended.
- You will follow the rules of the club, safety notices and any instructions from staff, and play with consideration for others on court.
- You will stop playing and tell a member of staff if you notice anything unsafe, such as damage to the court, walls, net or lighting.
- You will tell a member of staff straight away about any injury or accident at the club so it can be recorded and dealt with. A first aid kit is kept at reception.
Children and young people
Players under 18 may only play with the consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts this waiver on their behalf and is responsible for their supervision and behaviour while at the club. There is no minimum age for the mini court. Players under 16 must be supervised by an adult who stays on site while they play.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PADELPRIV LTD does not accept liability for injury, loss or damage arising from your participation, except where it is caused by our negligence or breach of our legal duties. Nothing in this waiver limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

We may record your name, contact details and an emergency contact when you accept this waiver, and use them as described in our privacy policy.
Acceptance
By booking a court, entering the courts, or signing at reception, you confirm that you have read and understood this waiver and agree to it for yourself and for any child in your care.
